How many skill points?

Good afternoon. Various wikis and guides say that the game has a maximum of 21 skill points. However, at the moment I already have 22 of them, and as I understand it, this is not the limit. I don't really follow the FULL list of updates, so please tell me what is the maximum number of skill points available to the player, and at what level will it be?

The max is 28 Skill points, you'll get the full amount once you reach level 100.

The max is 28 and it could be increased in the future. For some context the original limit was 21, however Update 1.1.2[www.paydaythegame.com] increased the limit. I guess the guides and wiki you where reading where outdated.
