Not logging into Nebula

I seem to having frequent trouble logging into nebula. Game hangs after "Press any key to start" eventually get a nebula log in failed. Also The website hangs when I try to log in. Problem usually fixes itself after 5-10 minutes. Is it just me? Or does anyone else get this?

I really think there should be a "is nebula down?" type website publicly available without needing to log in. Even if services are fully working its nice to eliminate it as a potential problem.

there is paycheck3 which is server emulator tho progression is blocked and has to be used with OHMS

the one episode where the space cash gets lost in the Nebula fog.
