Money can help with certain ideas but it doesn't make a game good or bad for sure, nor does it make it original and fresh or copy/paste and dull.
I've been enjoying too the whole Palworld thing happening. Came out of nowhere and it is utterly dominating the charts here. Towering over even CS2 and others by a huge margin. From zero to hero type situation.
Payday: The Heist and the Payday franchise was itself ironically a zero to hero as it was at one time a new concept and IP. The first game was also sold at a low budget price, not intended to be anything like AAA and then it spawned a huge money maker with Payday 2 which funded an insane amount of expansion and spending. Payday 2 took about 2 years to make with a much smaller team and budget than Payday 3.
lmao.
dead game, 300 player average, most embarrassing game release I've seen in years. honestly it couldn't have been easier for them to make a good sequel and they fumbled it hard, all they had to do was copy the gameplay of pd2 and expand it lol.
Good luck, Harris only has barely 16 hours into PD2. So I highly, highly doubt he could write anything in regards to a paragraph without using ChatGPT. *edit* doesn't even own PD3 anyway. Clearly he is just a troll looking for attention.

Hmmm X to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Doubt
Also good games don't have "Mostly Negative" reviews
(Also, if they fixed what I consider unacceptable, I wouldn't hold a grudge and would just buy the game.)
Of course they could still sell the IP. Even if it is pennies on the dollar. They still have a fan base and with PD2 selling over 40 million units. Its a known game. There would be many potential buyers. Even though SB ran it into the ground.
Thats exactly what 10 chambers is doing now with Den of Wolves. Of course others can make similar games. Thats what happens all the time. Its not like certain genre's can only be made by certain studios.
Nobody gets too far like that.
More like one step forward and 15 steps back with $tarbreeze.
