at launch, you would only(?) be able to play the transport train heist if you found the plans on day one, on one of the other transport heists, and it became a forced day two which a lot of people didn't like so they removed the feature and let us pick the train heist from the contract broker
sure, but those are just little things sprinkled around every level. The files in the deposit box are an actual objective.
i would agree with this if it actually added anything to the lore and if it wasn't LITERALLY an objective that does absolutely nothing. am still leaning towards cut feature.
they should just add a monetary reward to collecting those documents. otherwise this heist is gonna be the only one with an objective that people will do once and then never again - since there is no further incentive to do it again. which is extremely silly in a game that is supposed to be about replayability.
