help: can I play this with a friend who has PS5?

you can add each other on nebula and then you should be able to play together, as long as you have crossplay enabled

Its paydays account creation, the game will guide you through it to create it. You will invite and add from the main menu in game.

I do heists with randoms, had PC players, XBOX and PS players all int he same heist. Just need to turn cross play on.
