Cheaters present in-game?

Posting this discussion to see if anyone else has encountered a cheater.

Came across a person on No Rest for the Wicked, instantly opening vault door and instantly opening lock boxes. (Even with lock picking skill, it still takes around ~1 second, this person was instantly opening them all). Just left the lobby as I'm not interested in that.

havent seen anyone blatantly hacking the game yet. 99 boxes clears always end with people wiggling in and out of the escape zone a couple times, of course, but no one flying aroudn the map one shotting dozers instantly opening vaults

No clue if it was a cheater or just the servers being weird but on the first day of release there was a lobby with 1 regular low level player and then somebody that was like level 30,000

There are plenty of cheaters. Cheat mods were top trending on Nexus, seems to have been taken down now though.

Yeah first time I'm seeing something like this and it was obvious, he didn't do any objectives, just opened vault and started instantly opening lock boxes.

When you go to the vault door you can see the fingerprints that show which numbers were pressed. If you know some of the codes you can easily guess the password. As for instantly opening locked boxes, there is a perk that will instantly lockpick any door or box as long as " Rush " is active. And everytime you successfully lockpick something it will refresh. So you don't really need cheats to achieve all that.

I have encountered 2 cheaters so far.

Spawned in on 99 boxes, went to go hack some phones. As I'm doing so, Shade goes on about getting the bags to the truck asap and then escape becomes available. Nice.

The other one, loaded into a lobby for roadrage, a level 30 is wearing a suit and mask unavailable at his level while having a modded, golden 50 cal as primary and the nade launcher as his secondary. Double Nice.

There's no anti cheat so yes there will be cheaters.

This was the first run, code wasn't known. He didn't even open the wirebox to gain access to the vault door with the keypad. He just opened those doors, then opened the vault room. No guessing, he just bypassed a mandatory step before you can guess.

Yes the perk quick fingers, I have it as well. Keep in mind I was able to open one lockbox (With rush active, meaning the perk is active) in the time it took him to open 3 to 5. It was pretty blatant and nothing in the game allows you to do this or bypass the entire heist in 15 seconds.

Darn, I see. Glad so far from what most people are posting it isn't rampant.

My SO was in a game recently where someone was deleting cop spawns, especially snipers. I didn't think it was possible, since the game is online-only, but apparently it is.

I'm seeing people use it in their "solo loud" videos too.

I watched someone use it every time they were overrun. They weren't even clever about it. Usually they would use it behind cover, walk out of cover, and magically, it'd be empty or nearly empty of spawns. Now that I know what to look for, it's pretty obvious.

I don't trust anyone anymore. Lol. Oy vey.

I've encountered multiple cheaters who were outright cheating so I started trolling them on purpose and actually made a couple of them rage quit. One of them was using the noclip cheat and so they were trying to stealth the first Bank on Overkill and I realized what was going on because I would see them standing in place and yet they would be doing things around the rest of the map and no they were not using a hack on the cameras or anything so I just dropped a grenade and stood there in the corner shooting and they started going off on me and I was like dude I'm literally watching you cheat so no I'm not going to help you and then they kept trying to restart the match and I wouldn't accept it so they eventually quit
