Why is rush not working on my loadout?

Get into Rock the Cradle and try to rush the door to flip the lock and rush is not working? Actually selecting different loadouts does nothing now in lobby? WTF?

I've had an issue with certain skills not activating. Overcooked for example, your grenade still blows up in your hand as well as Pull the pin not activating a smoke grenade when you shove a swat. The ammo drop works as you can see them physically drop ammo lmao.

You have to select the load out then hit "R"(on PC) to make it active.
The button for setting a load out as active is shown on the bottom left side of the screen.

And how are you trying to get rush?
By being spotted, knife kill, lock picking, running?

I just set my initial loadout for rush and it's fine. And you can certainly gain rush without being masked up.

I said you can't get rush by running for 3 seconds.

Why not just take the "Gain rush when noticed by a guard." the guys at the entrance are guards.

"Gain rush while masked off near a civilian" is one of the most consistent sources of stealth rush tbh

And one of the easiest. Makes stealthing Gold and Sharke so much more a walk in the park with the perk that lets you do illegal things in front of civs as long as you have rush.

I wish that "civs ignore illegal stuff" thing was just default. Without that skill, some maps make that "WHAT ARE YOU DOING" pop really easily, and it feels impossible to get out of when it does. You can't hack the phones of civs and you can't do anything to them while you're unmasked. They don't even call the guards or anything, everyone just magically knows where you are.

I'd prefer a middleman of just not needing rush for it. I've spent a lot of time sitting around waiting for that tiny bit of rush to expire just to renew it and continue rather than risking a civ suddenly going "CALL THE COPS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥"
