Nebula Linked Rewards Broken
So I got the gloves and the outfit but I did not obtain any of the very hard/Overkill/Mayhem/Death Wish/Death Sentence/Dsod skull masks, am I the only one with this issue?

read over the rewards again, the "Masks" are weapon charms in Payday3

hmm, well i don't know if you have the same problem i did, but i got my rewards to work by disabling 2factor authentication for a short while while the rewards got sorted.
but seeing as the servers are down right now, it might be tricky

I never had 2FA active, simply because it didn't existed back when they launched the Website. Same as many other people i've read about.

Pretty sure only the gun worked for me which is really annoying.
