Infamy Reward charms are missing

I have the rest of the rewards, all I am missing are my charms, I just wanted to check is anyone else still missing theirs as well???

A lot of people have been having issues with the infamy rewards from Payday 2 being delivered / unlocking. I've seen especially a lot of people having issues for the charms.

In my case, the Overkill charm is missing & the site shows it as 0/0 but also claimed. So someone fat fingered the code on the backend. Submitted a report on the website about it but I doubt it will be solved until the server issue is sorted.

I sent a support ticket out. not heard anything back yet. very disappointing

regarding the infamy rewards.
I also had issues but yesterday i installed payday2 and via that game login to my account via the button in the main menu.
Then i exit the webbrowser and restarted the game but nothing happen.
But later the same day i login to pday2 again and now it said something about rewards so i
went to payday3 but there was no rewards transfered.
Then i visited starbreeze website via this link
https://nebula.starbreeze.com/events
and login. I was then shown a popup i did not see before where i could signup for something and after that i could see the list of items i could unlock.
next i start payday 3 and now example the american mask was avaliable.

A small note.
A new guy installed and play payday3 for the first time yesterday with me and he automatic got the awards. But the 3 other people who bought payday on release day did not.
So maybe there have been some kind of account fix along the way that fixed the problem

That's the problem, only the American Mask and Gloves are available. All the other rewards aren't showing up.

And I literally installed Payday 2 (took an hour and a half) and booted it up just to claim this stuff

Same here.
I unlock everything possible in Nebula Event and i get fór PD3 only suit and Dallas mask

A friend of mine told me that there will be a patch on the 5th so in 4 days hopefully we'll all have our stuff. ^_^

yea that didnt happen just claimed my charms today aswell as everything else dont have the charms yet.

Eyup, dito. Only got the mask and the premade weapon. Apparently once you trash the premade weapon you cannot get it again lul
