Don't forget, there are those who prefer to actually play the game stealth only. Having loud only would "lock" them out of new content.
It just sort of resets the mission and you start like you took out your gun 5 seconds into the heist in most cases.
If you have nothing against stealth why recommend a completely different game to stealth players? I called out your last sentence, I legit agree with everything else you said besides this pointless last sentence.

PD3 seems so lame compare to PD2 :((

I think each heist should have a loud/quiet lobby search setting.
