Are mods allowed in payday 3?

Hello, so my question is are mods allowed on payday 3 as it was in payday 2 did the devs mention anything about this because there is a mod loader called moolah and there is some Hud modes like the vanilla hud in payday 2 and damage indicators i really want to download them but i am worried it would be not allowed and i could receive a game ban or a vac ban if it has one.

So does this mean i cannot use the extra voicelines mod? like the radial menu vocalizer in payday 2 it's a mod that adds existing voice lines to a voice wheel so you can play the voice whenever for example "Go over there" "Stop messing with me" "When are we going to leave" like extra voices others can hear it as well

People already mod the game and even use them in youtube videos. There are couple of sites like modworkshop.
I do not know if anyone has gotten banned due to that since the site is cosmetic/hud mods only last i checked.

So until there is clear modding rules from Starbreeze do it at your own risk.

i literally bought this game to mod, if they officially say no to it the game is as good as dead. pd 2 thrived on mods.

not like their gonna do anything about it, Hell people are playing with cracked games with everyone else just fine so mods is the least of the worries they got

They can't stop you from modding client sidedly.
And as long as you don't affect other peoples games, they don't give a dang.
It's pretty much the same with every developer where if they don't see it affecting others then they don't care.

You can do whatever you want. The game has no anti cheat, nor it is VAC protected. It would have been shown on the store page if it was.
