Arts and Crafts achievements doesn't unlock, please help

So ive customized 2 masks so far but i ain't getting the achievement. I did both the normal paint and the secondairy option.

I really wanna know how to solve this since i was tryna unlock all achievements but 1 of the easiest is just simply not unlocking for me. If anyone knows how i'm able to fix this problem i would really appreciate that.

Did not work sadly, fully completed the mission aswell with painted mask equiped

Hoping for a response from the PD3 support team, i emailed them. Waiting 3 days currently no response yet.

If i find or get the solution il post it here.

My friend and I did No Rest For The Wicked on Very Hard with no dye packs exploding 5 times already. I have the achievement and he still doesn't, with the cause always being the servers dying shortly after.

Looks like the issue is that the achievements are not unlocking when the servers die, probably because they don't get the chance to send the data to Steam. Alternatively, the game maybe recognizes that the achievement is done, but it failed to send the data to Steam and will never do so anymore, making the achievement impossible to get.

We're fixing this by literally recording a run of the heist and are planning to send it to Payday 3 Support in the hopes that they'll be able to unlock the achievement for him.

I've done over 30 times of each now and I STILL have not got them. It's like the game pings Steam *only once* when the conditions are met, and then never again. This is bs.

Its very annoing and what i dislike the most is that i cannot find a single way to actually chat or email with Steam.
