Color Me Surprised achievement not unlocking

Done this 3 times now in stealth and still haven't unlocked it. Do I need to do this loud?

I have the exact same issue for 2 of my remaining achievements: Crowd Control and Closing the Account.

I've done over 30 times of each now and I STILL have not got them. It's like the game pings Steam *only once* when the conditions are met, and then never again. This is bs.

For closing the account and Color me surprised I can tell you that it unlocks if you do it on Overkill stealth - not otherwise, so I take the wild guess that its the same for crowd control.
