Besides that ? Well I guess micro cameras can helps you check manually where the patrols are. At lvl 30 you get a movment sensor which can helps to automaticallty tag ennemies.
The perk for being able to tag more people at the same time and the one increasing the tag duration can helps too.
There is also a perk tree alowing you do be unoticable by cameras if you are close to a civilian (gives "rush", rush makes you unspotable by cameras). Pushing further in the perk tree, civilians and cameras will stop noticing you in restricted areas and while using illegal action when you are on "rush" effect ( just stay besides a civilian to refresh it)
IMO it's quite doable until you get to the difficulties involving the "Main guard". Thoses are unkillable ( infinite pagers respond ) and moves semi randomly in the whole area. With only 2 or 3 pagers and a random guard which is an instant stealth faillure, it becomes quite random and hard to pull the heist in stealth.
13 hours, only played the starter heist. which, also, sucks to do stealth because of the executive.
To imply that Payday 2 Stealth is superior, with its essentially binary win/loss dynamic (since good luck trying to fight Deathwish or higher tier enemies with stealth-oriented/modded weapons) as opposed to Payday 3's more flexible stealth system which lets you bring what you want (I've literally full cleared NRFTW with my full loud kit, by pure accident, Multiple times, for instance) allows for you to bring a full combat-suitable loadout with the only limiting factors being how slow you want to be and how much convenience you want in your stealth segment of the gameplay.
