I have Also a AMD card ( Asus 6900 XT) with and AMD CPU (5950X) and did everything ther is to try in different forums.
problem keeps returning,
This was the only way I was able to get it to stop even though verifying integrity said there was nothing wrong with the files
I also have AMD card (RX 7900 XT)
...and what does Event Viewer in Windows say?
It's not normal to get a kernel & nt errors - without just cause.
Error:
LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 31] Pak chunk signature check failed!
keeps showing up.
i renamed ..\\AppData\Local\UnrealEngine\4.27 (payday's version of unreal engine) i read that some game updates corrupt this folder. by rename/remove this map the game is forced to rebuild those (corrupted folders)
but it gived me 1 hour of playing the game before the error came back.
(for those who are reading this first time)
* my pc isn't suffering of low power, proper cable management where 2 cabels come from my PSU (850W) to my GPU) i have read that people with 1000W PSU getting the same error.
* GPU and Chipset drivers are up to date
*power management in Windows are set to peform. (even in regedit changed priorities)
My thougts are getting towards the game, in the week of release i didn't get the error at all.
It makes no sense, and takes time, but it worked for me.
