wtf does an executive look like?

I love this game but there's some really bad game design choices, how am I supposed to know who's the executive when everyone almost looks like the same?

Agree with the bad game design choices sometimes.
The executive is not that difficult to find when it's the only man with a proper suit in a secure office tho. He's also outlined in white-yellow when you need to look for him.

there are lots of options to correct your color blindness.

They have their own offices as well, one is in the corner office on the first map. There is a couple upstairs as well.

Tend to be the more active civilians (patrolling). Will spot you in secure areas. Will look out of inconvenient areas. Wears a suit generally. Will get specifically called out when you get close. Will generally take calls often. etc etc.

it only highlights when he's in ur field of view

anyways I found him, for some reason he spawns upstairs in very hard

Assuming this is No Rest, there are 4 potential spawns. CEO office, 2nd floor back side, 2nd floor front side, and lobby vault side.
