Did it without scanning bags (didnt know you could at the time) and got 200k in loud. Did it with scanning bags and got: 200k. What the hell am I missing here?

You can get the loot in the front of the store on stealth if you close the blinds and maintain npc control. You can get all the loot on loud by just running in and taking the manager hostage.

If you're looking to make money quick, I recommend Road Rage on very hard or higher. The payout is around 1mil each run.

Only person who even mildly answered my question. Yes I got EVERY BAG, yes I know you are supposed to SCAN THE BAGS, yes I SCANNED THE BAGS, no I didn't GET MORE MONEY FOR SCANNING THE BAGS and would LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN or if I'm an outlier.

Club pays way more 100% stealth and all loot in 8 minutes -- and more exp in general -- but road rage is easy farm with unlimited ammo / 1 shot build -- I just solo overkill road rage for easy money but I maxed my cnotes and have bought everything that can be bought...at my current level so money isnt hard to come by.

Changing weapons and such to keep gaining infamy is the key.

You don't need anything so elaborate, there is a stealth skill that says that if you have RUSH civilians wont care if you do anything illegal in front of them. So all you have to do is keep an eye on the one guard wandering around and positions so the cameras don't see.

Once you've picked up a bag you can walk around freely, nobody cares.

I managed to clean out the entire front of the store without masking up.

In the end however I have had zero problems with the mission -- I always get the normal payout -- so maybe its just you
