Trying to refund the game, but have over 2+ 5+ hours of playtime? Read this guide on how to refund.

Step 1

;Go to your account top rop right corner and click on account details, once there click 'View purchase history'

;Instead of clicking 'I would like a refund' click on 'I have a question about this purchase' so we get in contact with an actual Valve employee instead of the automatic refund system.

;Explain what the issue is and ask if they can help you out. Steam is more than likely aware of the technical difficulties and will most likely refund it to you, though, there is a chance they will only refund it to your steam wallet and not your original payment source.

;I suggest getting a gamepass for the people who haven't bought it yet, or the people who are going to refund, you'll be able to play this for 9,99/mo along with hundreds of other games, and seeing how PD3 is lacking in content, you wouldn't be playing 4 months anyways.

I am sure they are aware and understand as well, I was giving it one final chance as I was really hoping this game would be worth the hassle and wait but next day and I still cant play it. On top of all the other issues brought up during beta that were ignored I dont see much future for this game and their current management of it. Their response to the players and customers is just ridiculous. The CEO has no issues making videos and always posting his stupid crap but when it comes time where a simple video from him to even just apologize to us would go such a long way but nope.
