Feel free to start a poll. The vast majority of gamers here don't give a damn about the stock of starbreeze. They don't care, they don't even know what it's at because they don't follow it. Your low level IQ trolls mean nothing to someone who actually follows the facts. Stay salty.
Go be god-tier gamer somewhere else xD
Boomers where born in the 40's (Baby boomers) Learn English ..
So which is it?
The vast majority of gamers, or few people in general?
And I actually can't start a poll. My last stock thread was locked with no reason on it.
They made it clear they do not want people bringing attention to Starbreeze's stock right now.
(you commented on that thread. check your history, they locked it up even though it remained civil; also if you read the replies you'll find you were wrong and someone explained why were getting different numbers)
You 100% can start a poll. The other thread was locked for a pretty obvious reason but feel free to play dumb. As for the physical numbers here they are -
About 158 million Americans, or 61% of U.S. adults, own stock. Once you actually dig into that statistic you realize that the top 1% holds 54% of those stocks, worth $19.16 trillion. Of that 61%, most are on things like Robinhood, stash, etc where auto investing is buying the stocks and they just deposit money every month. They don't follow market trends or give a ♥♥♥♥ how a game is doing before they buy that game.
In other words, owning stock and actually following the stock market are two very different things. So no, the majority of people do not follow stocks, more so gamers don't give a damn what stock price their game holds.
but starbreeze stock price is based on sweden, why would u correlate us investor behavior with a swedish one?
(and one of those threads they DEFINITELY didn't need to leave a note for because that actually was obvious, but they did it anyway)
Nothing about that thread violated Community Guidelines buddy. You see I used to be a moderator on forums for a few years myself, so I know how to keep the rules in mind and not break them accidentally.
Why do you think I have so many "hot take" threads that people don't like but they don't get taken down and I'm still not banned? It's because I stay in the guidelines, mostly.
that isn't even what you said....
How tf are you going to try to revise the history of a conversation we can all see?
You said few people follow stocks.
A few is roughly 3.
That is factually inaccurate.
Period.
I can't be totally negative about it, i guess the positive thing is it seems to run pretty well, so if you like games that run well you will probably like this, but i'd wait to see if it's in the Christmas sales
You were a mod? Even more reason to stop playing dumb.
Did you have a stroke?
It almost like saying the "majority of do not" is the same thing as saying "only a few do". Crazy. No one revised anything you just can't read. You're free to fact check me anytime you want. If you're honest with your findings you will see that yes, the majority of users who physically own stocks use auto portfolios. They deposit money into an app like robinhood and a computer invests for them. They do not follow market trends and stocks.
Owning stocks does not equal following the stock market. Fact.
