Why Joy First

Joy is that Heister that fits in better only slightly more than those two idiot streamers they added to Payday 2(Read not at all). She doesnt fit the vibe of payday at all and somehow she is one of the first to be added to payday 3. Gross.

Considering the many technological advancements humanity has made, Joy would likely be needed because they're the most experienced when it comes to hacking

Even tho there's a lore reason, I still would have preferred someone else, like Dragan, Sangres or Duke

joy annoys me honestly. the voice, the character. everything. her and jacket were my two most hated characters in pd2 besides the ridiculous streamers being part of the game but i dont count them. hoxton, houston, the rest of the original crew, and a few others like clover and rust were my favs. i also liked the russian guy and the croatian

Only Joy and Bain know how to hack computers. Everyone else seems tech illiterate. Bain sounded like he was dying from AIDS at the end of Payday 2, on the Whitehouse.

I don't think most people are huge Joy fans but her new voice lines aren't quite as bad. Plus, we got Pearl too and she's pretty badass. Personally, I won't rest until we have Jacket back in the game.

I kinda wish instead of introducing Shade out of nowhere, Joy was our mission control. She was Locke's protege after all. Not that Shade's bad, but character development is always cool.

He was faking it. His voice was all messed up from the strain of dragging $2,000,000,000 worth of offshore money out of our safehouse vault while we were busy elsewhere. Fact.

hot take: I was never a huge fan of Locke. His voice actor was okay, but the clumsy writing over the years really screwed him up.
