how is optimization?
Google only shows me setting guide for optimization. Is it good or bad? feel like it would be bad in base of developer's career.

The game doesn't utilize the CPU at all except for like a core or two which in 2023 by itself can be considered not great. On top of that, my RTX 4080 can reach 80 to 90% usage while frames are not exactly high (meaning: it doesn't look as good as many other AAA titles released recently, but consumes more / as much power).

The game is playable, but no, it's not optimized, just like 95% of all games released nowadays.

Runs fine for me on high graphics but post processing effects down to medium. Im on a GTX 1070 with 16gb ram

So far I believe the game is well optimized, but that is my opinion because performance will very greatly from computer to computer. During the times I played the closed and open beta and the early release. I've been getting a solid 165 FPS, with no noticable lag spike or frame drops. Of course performance will varry from computer to computer so my result may never be the same. My settings are all on Ultra and DLSS on Auto. It's capped at 165 FPS because of my monitor refresh rate. I will give performance for PD3 a 10/10 I have zero noticable issues.

My specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU - RTX 3060Ti 8GB
RAM - DDR4 32GB

specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor, 3.80 GHz
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Edge
RAM: 16GB
Windows 10

i play the game on Ultra, 60 FPS, no stuttering, 0 framedrops or crashes.

meanwhile on Starfield i can't even play the game with a stable 60 FPS on low settings and 90% res scale.....

We've got the exact same spec, with the exact same frame drops. If you want to help people atleast be honest. There are often times especially the first heist where ur frames suddenly drop a lot.

game runs amazingly on my 3060. pick it up gamer
Cat on a phone Sep 21, 2023 @ 1:28am
Running it easily on an older machine that was somewhere in the middle five years ago.
Spec: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (6 cores), 16GB RAM, Ati RX 5500XT (8GB vRAM). You have to put down textures and some others to high, maybe.

In understand your points, but keep in mind, performance will varry from computer to computer. There are so many factors that can help or hinder performance in many ways, such as background apps, OS, drivers and even external factors like ventilation. I personally ensure minimal background apps are running, such as closing Google chrome and any downloads. I also don't run performance intensive apps while playing like an anti virus. Yes I might be wrong about the zero frame drops but I'm also not the person who is constantly watching my FPS for any dips. I'm just gauging any performance hinders though personal experience. 1 or even 100 FPS drops is totally fine for me, but lag spikes is what I'm pointing out. I have made amendments to my original post.
