PSA: Favors, use them, or just don't beat Overkill

A bit of a classic hyperbole, but for fun I want to clear Touch The Sky on Overkill Loud

If you don't know that you can get more Armor/Health/Ammo/Zipline bags, they are hidden all the way under cosmetics in the weaponsmith vendor, yeah it's dumb and maybe it should have its own vendor for all available favors, but still, with 10k a pop you don't have a reason not to stock up on them.

And there's just so many people who don't throw their advantages on the table and completely skip using favors, which would just give your team pretty much 3x the resources for survival.

Hell, at the moment I need them just to complete the game on HARD

There's a weird sense of the feeling, "What if I need this later when I am trying to do something specific," that a lot of people have. I'm not sure why, but when I did play and grouped up in the Discord, even in there people were not wanting to use them because they thought it would hurt them in the future somehow...

Literally what the, they are only 10k and pretty much your only way to get your downs back on higher difficulties.

Everyone is just hurting themselves more and more just not bringing the maximum number of resources to a match.

And I mean have fun stealthing Surphaze without a zipline.

The favors need to definitely be more prominently presented, rather than being at the bottom of the weapons page... Very few people are going to accidentally scroll all the way past all the guns, preset guns AND cosmetic stuff on the shop

Yep and there's so many map specific favors too that can't be refreshed in the same shop.

There needs to be a favor shop in with all the others, including every heist specific favor too.

I just spam bought like 20 of each bag, and it's not even a dent in my account.

How do you even get those map specific favors? If I knew how to get them consistently, I'd be less hesitant to spend them

Map specific seemingly can't
Maybe they refresh daily or something

But for loud clears a medic and armor bags are vital to make content easy
And a zipline bag is a lifesaver on Gold & Sharke loud
And pretty much mandatory on Surphaze stealth

Surphaze without a zipline is so fun though? 10 minutes of heisting, 30 minutes of bag moving, dodging civilians, getting caught by civilians, creating a mass grave of civilians, having the run ruined by a freshly spawned civilian instantly escaping after noticing the 43 other dead civilians at spawn...

Surphaze without a zipline is like Diamond Store, Overdrill and a game of Frogger on nightmare difficulty.
