Shanda Latrell's painting (True Conneisseur Achievement)

Has anyone any clue how to get the Shanda Latrells painting in Under The Surphaze?
So far we know 1 person who has the achievemnt but he wont give out any deatails.
We also "know" that its the painting under the green and orange light (The one that is behind the railing and its a picture of like a cube white white and blue on it)
its also datamined and found that the painting is called "impossibleheist".
We have tried for hours, the only thing that we has seen so far is that you can see lazers in that room from distance, but as soon as you get closer the lasers go away.
Maybe it has something about that you cant touch the floor to get it? We have not been able to do it yet.
Anyone have different guesses? maybe its super simple i dont know...

UPDATE: it has been SOLVED.

SOLVED:
1. Check the 3 miniature statues in Managers Office
2. Find the room where these statues are and disable the barriers/fences for them
3. Get 3ppl to stand next to them and pick them up at the same time
4. Painting in Manager will then glow up and u can move it to then press the button wich activates Lasers down in the middle room.
5. You can now pick up the painting.
RECOMMENDED: Not sure if u can 3man it seeing as you cant crouch under the lasors but you can have a 4th man sitting in the middle and after you then have completed all other objectives u then just rush to the roof and call the chopper. As soon as you throw it in you get the achievment

Maybe its to pull the levers at the same time? How to know what levers? Anyone have any imputs?

Maybe since the painting is called "impossibleheist" it has something to do with mission impossible and going in through the roof instead of the usuall doors?

Just a guess:
Maybe it's some challenge like "Play the heist on stealth on Overkill without any skills"
Would suit the name of the painting.

there is a button in the manager's room which i haven't been able to interact with, maybe that has something to do with it

E3 is light orange and E7 green. Both have lasers as security measures. I'll try the heist without disabling the lasers. Would match the lights and the "Mission Impossible" Theme.

Damn thatsd true maybe the green and orange light means that the rooms with green and orange should be pulled simultaniously?

I had a conversation with the only guy who has been able to unlock the painting. he sent me this screenshot as proof. https://ibb.co/1JtQDXc
we had a little chat, and he claims that he is working on the game, and thus does not want to spoil how to get the painting. He said "it has nothing to to with time" and "you need a group off atleast 3". from the picure he posted, we can also conclude that you dont actually need to finnish the heist to unlock the painting. The fact that him and his group is in stealth when the screenshot is taken might also be a clue.
