Cannot claim Infamous Rewards on Nebula site.

If you guys aren't aware, the Infamous Rewards promotion is live on the Nebula website. However, it seems like you can only claim the rewards for getting to Infamy 1 & 25, and doing the Payday 2 secret. Rewards related to launching the game and completing difficulties aren't working.
Anybody know any fixes or could an Overkill guy who knows who to tell this problem to help a heister out? I wanna get my charms and mask.

If you go on the Nebula website, go to the events tab, and join the Infamous Rewards event, you can then claim the items you've unlocked. These are saved to your Nebula account and given to you when Payday 3 goes live.
The issue isn't "Why can't I use these items" because obviously, the game that you're able to use them in hasn't come out yet.
My issue is that despite the fact that I have obviously launched Payday 2 before (I have 1k hours in it) and that I have done every heist on Death Wish, I can't claim the rewards on the site related to doing these things.

BTW I have telemetry on in Payday 2 and my Steam linked to my Nebula, by all means, I should be able to claim the rewards for launching the game and doing all the heists on Death Wish.
Hell, I was able to claim the rewards for getting Infamy 1 & 25, and doing the Payday 2 secret. So I'm not really sure why it isn't letting me claim the difficulty rewards, assuming it's reading my achievements to know what I've done in-game.

With Starbreeze Nebula, we can sync your PAYDAY 2 progress with your Nebula Account, and once PAYDAY 3 launches, your account will grant you the awards you've earned!

Create or Login to your Starbreeze Nebula Account.
Visit the Linked Accounts page, and ensure that your Steam/Epic Account is linked.
Optionally, ensure that all platform accounts you intend to use are also linked to the same Nebula Account on this page.
Launch PAYDAY 2 at least once on Steam, or Epic Store, to ensure that your progress is synchronised.
Claim your items in the Starbreeze Nebula Dashboard
Please Note: The ability to claim your PAYDAY 3 items in Starbreeze Nebula is not yet available, but will be at a later date!
When PAYDAY 3 launches, make sure to log in to the game using the same Nebula Account you used earlier!
Your items should appear in your inventory within PAYDAY 3!
If you've successfully linked your platform account to your Nebula account, PAYDAY 3 will recognise this, and log you into your Nebula Account automatically!

Sorry dawg, I'm too much of a Paydayphile, I made my Nebula account the day they made account creation available. I pray to Almir every day and own 30 different alt accounts with full-price purchases of the infamous collection and Payday: The Heist with the Wolf pack, as well as all of the soundtracks on every platform they are available for purchase on.
I even make sure to get PD:TH and the Wolf Pack after I get Payday 2 just to make sure that I spend as much money as possible. I am the sole reason Starbreeze did not go bankrupt and I will make sure that they continue to suck my wallet dry at any and all opportunities.
When Crimefest 2015 dropped and they added microtransactions and gambling safes, I took out a mortgage on my house so I could buy 200 of every safe and made sure to buy all of my drills from the Payday store.
Whenever I would get a rare skin, I would immediately send a trade offer to Almir, making sure that he was able to take all of the profits from my selfless gambling, so that the money I take from Starbreeze by getting amazing skin drops doesn't just get taken from them.

I assume this excerpt from the Infamous Rewards blogpost is what you're talking about. However, this is definitely outdated as the Infamous Rewards event has gone live on the Nebula website and you can claim items.

I was literally able to claim three of the items, and they say that I've claimed them. The issue is that I should be able to claim more than the three that I was able to claim.

They are aware of the issues and are working on them from what i understand. It sounds stupid but disabling your two factor authentication occasionally solves this problem for the time being. Ideally you won't have to do this at all if/when they fix it.

So clearly there is a consistent issue with the "Launch the game" challenge at the very least. But I've also seen A Video where this guy has the exact same issues I do.
So I guess the difficulty and veteran challenges are just broke right now?

Alright then, as long as Overkill/Starbreeze and the userbase are aware than that's all I really wanted to do.
Hopefully this gets fixed before the 18th.
