regardin login in payday3
Can i use nebola steam login to create acccount or need to create a original nebula account to play payday 3?

Yes, logging in through Steam automatically creates an account for you. If you do it through PAYDAY 2 (not sure about 3) it will automatically link it to the current account. No need to register separately. I'd still recommend to add your e-mail to it though.
