Collector's edition for PC

Will there be a Collector's edition for PC ?
So far, i can only see one for PS5 and XboX

I've changed my region at least a dozen times from US, Russia, and Turkey. It is always best to assume the CD key will be locked by default and anything that is global is the exception not the rule.
I know Germany in particular has its own region code for CD keys called DE so I don't think this is gonna pan out how you think it will.

to the people having ordered the PC collectors edition:
on the payday 3 website, all linked PC collecters edition sellers are listed as Steam as a platform, so it seems save to assume we get the steam version (thankfully)

Its German exclusive. So if you dont mind the physical goods not being in English, you can import it. But its not releasing in the U.S.

for anyone wondering about if the game is region locked I found a few article that stated this

"The PC version of PAYDAY 3 on Steam is designed to follow Steam's regulations, and as such, we don't anticipate any region restriction issues for the Steam version. This means that there should not be regional restrictions and should work globally."

which apparently comes from a user that made contact with deep silver and asked them about it so this and I also found a reddit thread about the collector edition that stated the same thing so I think it should be fair to assume that there is no region lock on the steam key

Does anyone know how the physical games will be packaged? If I were to preorder on steam to get early access, could I redeem the collector's edition exclusive mask afterwards or is it tied to the CD key and it wouldn't let me redeem it because I already own the base game? Ideally I could preorder on steam, redeem the solidus mask when the collector's edition arrives, then sell or giveaway the extra CD key.

One key. You could use the collectors edition to upgrade your steam version, but you would be buying the game twice and have nothing to resell. The upgrade would just replace what you had.

There's an Aussie release as well but it'd be a bigger pain to get than ordering from German Amazon, as I don't believe Big W does international shipping.

just and fyi to any who bought the collector edition from other country the codes are global got my unit from amazon Germany and was able to activate it in Canada
