Failed to Fetch Game Config Data

Does anyone know how to fix the error 'Nebula Data Error: Failed to Fetch Game Config Data'? I've already reinstalled the game, unlinked from Steam, tried creating a new Nebula account, and even changed my IP... I'm at a loss on what to do next.

The devs have said this on the PAYDAY Twitter: "The beta servers are back up and running, but we have had to disable challenges for the time being. This means that you can now play PAYDAY 3, but you won't be able to earn XP.
We're still working on fixing the progression!"

Also, there's been a huge spike in active users, you can see it in https://steamdb.info/app/2478210/charts/.

It worked for me now at least.
