Black screen on startup

If I start this game I got a black window but I can here soundeffects. I already updated my gpu drivers on the newest version.

Same. I guess we can relegate this game to the toilet bowl of history since apparently the devs feel the same way.

I found a workaround, forgive me for sounding silly, but here it is.
Simply wait until the sound of birds plays, then left click the mouse. If you do this, you will see the Mischief logo come up. I tested this on the Epic Games version, but ran in Steam and it is a black screen.
