Bestiary repeats?

I was curious if it was by design, but going through the bestiary, a couple enemy types are repeated with no difference between the entries. (Ex. Witch, Ghostly Mass) Is this a mistake?

I can confirm those two entries are repeated on a couple pages.
Same with 'vampire', 'metal mantis', 'blood bear' and probably others.

There are also repeats of 'Bat', but those are each unique depending on the vampire type.
Same with 'wild man' for each werewolf type.

I noticed this too very recently. Posted in the Discord #bug-reports but didn't see any indication that it was noted or anything, so I'll write my findings here too:

Old Witch on pg.3 and pg.7,
Mind Maggot Queen on pg.2 and pg.8
Towering Toadbeast on pg.4 and pg.9
