Good play-through is more about being an anti-hero with dominant tendencies in-game but with good intentions at heart. People will treat you like a hero.
The tier 3 fire spell goes from affecting all units(evil) and affecting only hostiles(good). I'm not sure which does more damage, so I'd call it even since if you're evil, you probably don't care about the casualties caught in the crossfire.
The tier 3 domination spell either causes enemies to turn on one another(evil) or causes them to simply stop attacking(good). Since you're probably going to just kill them all anyway, I'd say Evil is better since it speeds up the process.
The Tier 3 shield spell either does a lot of damage to enemies who attack you(evil) or completely protects you from damage(good). If you really need the shield spell, I'm going to assume you need it to protect you instead of deal damage, so I would lean towards Good, but it's situational.
The Anger Tier 3 goes from Legion of Terror(evil) which cause your minions to do a bunch more damage and scare enemies, to Legion of Honor(good) which do a bunch of damage without harming peaceful NPCs. Just like with the fire spell, I'm guessing you don't care about casualties, so I think the Evil version is slightly better for the fear effect.
The other factor to consider is how much easier the good vs evil choices are. There are some times that you'll find it simply more convenient to choose good instead of evil, and other times where you'll be evil accidentally(Red Minions don't fully appreciate the danger of wildfires). My first playthrough was mostly good, but I made a few selfish choices along the way depending on my mood(After all I did for those fat peasants... they betray me?). If you want all four tier 3 spells, you should probably stick to one or the other, though. I tried splitting the difference once, and the result was somewhat lackluster without the Tier 3 fire spell which I badly could have used.
I'm pretty damn sure the canon ending is to make good decisions in several crucial moments. The very fact that there are elves in Overlord 2 is one particularly glaring piece of evidence. Also, Rose is the canonical mother of the Fourth Overlord(the unofficial title of the Overlord 2 MC).
What reimains in question is did you suppres Spree & looted all houses, burn down Growe, kept food, killed elves (their hostily can be explained due TH exploding & subsequent plague) and killed traitors.
Aside from that I think the "good" route is better, because Rose offers upgrades to the brown and blue minions, and they are the greatest combo if you ask me.
When brown are fully tooled up, they're top-notch fighters and the blue will resurrect any fallen minions unless they were completely obliterated.
