Can't reach beds to shrink
Put my cots against the back wall all next to each other in a small room and now they can't be moved at all. Says that they can't be reached to shrink them to move. Can't reach them to disintegrate. Guess that rooms stuck as unusable now.....

I could try dismantling the room to get them but that seems pretty extreme...

Can your people get into the room? If they can't reach the beds to shrink them, the problem isn't the beds themselves, it's something in the way, or maybe you blocked the stairs, or a stair/door/something is damaged and impassible.

The room is just big enough for 3 beds to fit against the back wall. I put them in there easy enough. Now I can' reach to do anything to them.

There is, very clearly, the two walls on either side blocking them, and I can't access the middle one as it's blocked by the two surrounding it.

It was pretty early in the game so I just restarted. Still have the save if anyone wants me to upload a picture.

You have to leave space between the entrance and your beds. One classic mistake is to make the room just wide enough to put the beds, but not to have space to move. Leave at least one row between the entrance and the room. If you still cant reach the bed to shrink, start moving and shrinking other objects in the room until you find the problem.

Sometimes its a problem coming from outside, not the room itself. That message only tells you that somewhere there is a mage that cant reach that bed, check that mage and the pathing tab to see what is the problem!

There's also a filter (I think it's the last one at the bottom right) that shows passable areas in green. If you turn that on you should be able to see where your people can route. It could help you see where the path is blocked, which could help you find the object that's causing the problem.
