School Room Stairs Question/Help
So this is going to sound odd but I like building with the stairs in between two rooms and having it walled with two walls with rooms on either side.

Is there a way for them to not make that 'room' a school room? Because some rooms have a requirement of not being next to a school room or w/e.

You have to leave a space between for it with no complete roof. You can use over hanging roofs to cover for rain so long as they dont touch.

use supports instead of walls and bridges or broomstacks instead of floors, towered is annoying keyword that is annoying to setup if you not planned all your rooms ahead of time.

If you mean spiral stairs, yes, but it has to have a supporting floor across it's middle space every few floors or so. Not sure how many, I think it's in the 10-20 range.

Gimme a few minutes to go off and get a screen shot.

Thank you! Lol sorry didn't mean to sound rude when I typed that out. And yea spiral stairs is what I use. I did accidentally figure out one way which is the top to be mostly floor then have one piece of bridge.

It's not really showing what can be done with the back wall stairs though.

It's a pre-release save file, so don't take too much note of the GUI info.
