Top Level Spells

When I create a wand I see the capability for a top level spell such as Inferno for a fire wand. I've recruited gifted mages, made them an apprentice, maxed everything out and I still have yet to have a mage with this spell. I've even used an artifact to increase their fire slot by one. Has anyone found a way to unlock this top level spell?

The top level spell isn't called inferno, it's Flame Lash II, but anyways. If you hover over the locked spell it tells you, you need fire level 7. Tier 3 Wand gives you five, so you either need to bump up your skill by 2 with artefacts or make your fire initate an apprentice. Specializing in fire gives you fire 8, learning lighting or earth gives you fire 7 and any other element gives you fire 6 so you just need +1 via artifacts. In my oppinion, apprenticeship in earth or lightning is the most effective option.

I can't seem to add a screenshot but if you into Wand Shaper - Wand recipes and select Fire wand III it does show a spell called inferno where it lists the spells the wand is capable of. I know how to get Flame Lash and have it but I can't seem to figure out how to unlock Inferno. Other wand types have similar spells that I can't seem to unlock too.

I play in English and if you need your mind occupied just look at my response to your other post. Inferno is available just look at your wand recipe for a Fire Wand III. I'm well versed in this game if you need help in the future, I will be happy to help you.

Inferno: Attacks all enemies. Base Damage 150, Mana Cost 150

25/25 (base damage/ mana cost)

Fire: Inferno
Attacks all enemies
150/150

Water: Tsunami
Attacks all enemies for 50 damage, and heals all allies for the total damage dealt
50/50

Earth: Stonecage
Attacks an enemy. Adds 50 armor and Taunt 3 to the caster
100/50

Air: Whirlwind Strike
Attacks an enemy 10 times
3/30

Lightning: Call the Storm
Attack a target, then Chain 4 times
24/80

Dark: Oblivion
Attacks all enemies. Deals triple damage when attacking from Shadow Cloak
30/90

but truly, this is an interesting find! I'm not sure if this was an oversight or an intentional hidden easter egg

I didn't notice those 8th spells before. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. Maybe it really is for future updates. Inferno is definitly a more badass name than flame lash II
