Not well fed/ well rested anymore

Im playing on the hardest difficulty, but im a bit confused. if a bar is full, wouldent it be like Well rested instead of just rested? etc? i never get the "well" statuses anymore

I just checked in my own game. Being fully rested seems to provide no added benefit.

Might be a bug or a strange design decision.

Thanks for checking! I only get bonus from being well entertained, nothing else :(
