Frosted glass/sculpstone crafting HOW?
OK, so I've researched the Cronebug! technology, which supposedly gives you Cronebug Pen, Frosted glass recipe and Sculpstone. Hovewer in my building menu I only have the cronebug pen, but not the other two. Am I supposed to use cronebug pen to produce frosted glass? How do I get the sculpstone?

The Cronebug is the one that makes them. You feed it stuff and other stuff come out.
Same thing applies for all Refining Beasts(Midden Jelly, Weaver bird, Cronebug, Lavalina Pig)

Edit: Frosted glass is a refined material, only source is cronebug. Sculpstone you can find and mine naturally too if you push the fog far enough

That is so no obvious! We need a 'Produced by' Tip in the materials. Some things are not easy to figure out unless you know it. My other example is Meal ingredients - why, for example Bitterrice and honeydrop do not count as ones in the stats window? you need to look for them in the plant parts and you need to know that they are there even if you want to cook from them, not use in other way.

But we have? When you hove over the building, even on the research window, it shows what you need and shows the description of the materials as well and on that material description it shows where it comes from. You might need to hold shift to show some of them, but I always could find the source of every single material that way.

Bitterrice is a meal ingredient.
What stats window do you mean?
Honeydrop is a plant part, it will never show as a meal ingredient. But your cook will know exactly where it's stored so no worries.
I don't know what is so hard to understand. When you research the pen, the other things you research are prefixed with 'recipe'
Further, it's also a bit of finding out for yourself. Something I really like about this game. I'm now on my umpteenth magic school because I keep learning new things while playing and start over to do even better. Which sometimes works out but other times not so much.

First time i played this game i almost figured out everything. The only things i didnt figure out were things that i missed the proper tooltip. So no, i still didnt find anything "not easy to figure out". We need to accept that some humans are shorter than others, thats all.
