I was playing the game when it first hit EA and really enjoyed my time in it. I had a hard time with SInew though, specifically when the school grew larger. I used 3 minimum quilted carriers because it seems like hauling becomes a problem when the clouds move further and further from the school. How are folks managing the sinew so they have good supplies of it? Is this even a thing for people? Maybe it's just a me thing.

I had to queue up rat hunting orders every few days to keep up with my needs (food for refining beasts and stitched). You can convert the small rat corpses into sinew with the purple cube jelly guy. The thing that sucks is that I ended up with a ton of viscera because there isn't much to use it on. The game needs a viscera sink.

The usual option is culling the rats outside your school every couple of days and as said use the Midden Jelly to turn the carcasses to Sinew and Meat. Alternatively you can create Gremlin Farms. Those spawn in rooms with clutter laying around and drop a carcass on kill which you feed to the Midden Jelly. There are some users that have made more elaborate designs like the one below but just empty rooms with stuff laying around will work too.

Sinew is pretty easy to get. Hunt rats, and you also can make it in the midden jelly beast.

It's not easy to get when you've grown large enough.

How many do you need per day? And what stops your midden beasts from producing that many (like, what else are you short of that stops the beasts from supplying enough)?

Without knowing those things, it's hard to help you.
