For example; Want to hunt all the rats to one side of your school? Mouse-wheel all the way back, double click a rat, hit the 'hunt all' button.
It becomes more of an issue when things are overlapping; the double clicking method doesn't really work as well then.
As well, what the OP suggests is also a lot more flexible. If i dragged an area, i could potentially assign harvest, chop, and hunt orders simultaneously.
On a similar note, it always annoys me having to place pavement (gardens) tile by tile - why can’t we drag like with floor/wall/roof/foundation?
Agree about the pathstones, amazing that in 2023 we cant just do something like drag and drop to build a whole row of pathstones.... its pretty ridiculous. Fortunately once i build my foundations i dont have use of em anymore, so.
