Wishes for the game
First of all, this is a wonderful game to play and I just upgraded to tier 3 wands, and I would like to give some feedback or things I would like for the game. No pressure :steamhappy:

- I prefer it taking a bit longer for initiates to be fully trained. Sometimes it goes so fast (less than 2 days, they grow up so fast) that they have to wait quite some time until they can get promoted to apprentices and that makes them unhappy. (this can be because I need to gather gnosis or - my choice - because I want to first fully train the current apprentices and hire them before adding more)
- Maybe initiates need to take classes that teach them theory about magic, creatures, and so on? This can increase the time they need to graduate.
- Cooking is quite a chore, especially if you have many dishes, staff and students. Can we have Quilted to help cook simple meals?
- When you achieve the goals for rooms only two rooms change their floors. I would like more rooms to change their floors.
- I would like to be able to have students wear the colour of the magic they wield, instead if I change the colour for one, it changes it for all students.
- Can we have a balcony? When I build a common room/house I create levels (dining room with recreation and two levels with beds), but in order for floors to be recognised as being part of one big room I need to create gaps or build a bridge. It doesn't look nice, nor is it helpful because it takes away much needed space.
- Can we change where doors, stairs and bridges go (back, middle or front)? If I want stairs to connect to a door, there needs to be a floor/landing between the door and stairs, so that people can reach the door.
- Can we have something else for recreation. We only have two things and it would be nice if students and staff can recreate/relax by reading books in the library for example, or go outside for a stroll when they are nature-focused, paint for recreation and so on.
- The room Library doesn't require bookcases which is a bit weird.
- When someone survives being on death's door, it can become a downwards spiral for that character. Can we have a therapist or something that can help characters dealing with their low conviction?
- I feel like the research tree is not completely logically structured. E.g. Why are couches so late in the research tree that are so much more expensive than chairs (I get that they are more expensive, but not that much more)? Can the research for Runewood Tree be moved forward? So that we can plant the trees in our school around the time that we get to research tier 3 wands.
- I would also love for more character looks/outfits/hairstyles and hair colours. And it would be wonderful if every outfit has the colour of the different types of magic.
- I feel like the wand transfigurator should contain some sort of trial instead of just losing time floating in the air. Like a battle against an enemy with the same magic and level that you have to defeat? Or they have to cast a higher spell for the first time that they can only complete if they complete an amount of trials and / or have a specific level.
- More furniture is always nice, especially the dining table, there is only one.
- Oh and can we add seats to the dining table , so they can relax while they eat?
- Why can some rooms change colours and others not? And I would like all seven magic colours to be available for the room colours, so that mages can sleep in the bedroom according to their magic colour coding.
-So I unlocked the jade dragon, but it's more trouble than it's worth for now. The upkeep of the adult dragon is a bit much: a daily potion and two dishes per day that change and a lot of attention. Can't it be happy with a rat and croa or catch its own food? and maybe only need a potion after it needed magic to send you on a quest?
- I really miss a room for refining beasts . They deserve to have a nice cosy room.
- Reduce in costs for crafting items when you meet the requirements for a room from the workshop. Maybe instead of crafting things faster for building a workshop room, you need less items to produce the same, that would be more rewarding. For example, the potion of Rejuvenation which costs 3 ectoplasm and 3 ice petals. When you meet all the requirements for the alchemy room; the potion of rejuvenation now costs 2 ectoplasm and 2 ice petals. Like a discount of 30% or so.
- I feel like the requirements for the apprentices classrooms are imbalanced. Some classrooms need more items that are more expensive than others. Why is one classroom so much more expensive than another?

I'm sorry for the many wishes I have for this game, but it just means I really enjoy it and want to help improve it :)

Thank you for reading my wishlist.

Looong wishlist... regarding mages who survive being at death's door:
I like punishment and consequences, wouldn't like ways to undo what happened.
At least not too much. One has to deal with the consequences. And yes there should be ways, but not sth like a therapist removing a trauma or scar over time. ^^

Also scars are not as bad as traumas. And traumas have to be dealt with while they last. :)

I agree on the room decorations. It'd be nice if more rooms acted like the House Commons and let you colour code them. Though that's mostly the walls. If you want the floors to change, rugs are good for that. (would also be nice to colour change the rugs as well, even if only within a theme of colours)

The mage hermitage does not need to be locked up. Old threads about it should really get deleted. Just use stairs into it and use a 2-3 high support structure to keep it off the floor/ground/etc. Or let it fly.

I'd like a pass on the access permissions to allow for more furniture to act like the beds. Ie, you get assigned to one, that's the one you use. On top of that, add room level access permissions/in UI. If I have 8 beds, two dining tables and two enchantaphones in a house commons, it'd be nice to set top level permissions on the room; which set permissions to all furniture in the room. Over-writable on each item in the room though. Same for Staff recreation rooms where there's multiple furniture that does the same thing, but are 'different' so need to be changed discretely (three types of chairs and a couple couches).

A UI item that shows a web of mage connections. X rooms with Y, Y eats with Z, Z recs with A. Would make it easier to group up mages for max connections when you have a lot of mages.

edit: And for everyones sanity, stop spamming 'no recreation scheduled' every hour on the hour. No ♥♥♥♥ the idiot is not on a schedule that has recreation. It's a feature of a Trial to have no recreation.

Maybe just leave the message up, instead of fading it away every hour, just for it to reappear.

They fixed sanity being extra low on being revived.
Research room no longer needs to be sealed, just lacking a door and have only one entrance and not use ladders inside.
How are you going to meet the 35 scholarly requirementsl for library without bookshelves? Did you skip to the end and use statues? Did you make it too big and use rugs?

So you can have a spiral stairs going to that floor, which is the only entrance, and that would work?
Actually, the roof, two doors, a candle, a statue and a huge ornate rug did the trick for me. Statues aren't at the end though, and the rug was a gift from a crystal.
I still want a better Dauntless buff. The +1 ult cast isn't relevant for a long time, and the stat boost is pretty small. Something like +50% XP gained while Dauntless would be nice, since that would help level both the wizard and any relics they have.

Yes for the research room.

Think this is for auditorium, the hiring and graduation room ...

Well, you're right I will remove my point about the hermitage. No to the second comment, I did check the room.

I agree on all decoration and room building stuff and about special room for beasts. I would also be happy for a "vault" or "warehouse". It can either increase the capacity of chests, or make the whole room a giant "chest" that is as spacious as big is the room. For example there was a ghost vault in Ghost Busters that needed charging, would be great to make same here. Magical warehouse that needs to be charged via electro, dark, or certain item. And many other stuff that I won't remember on a fly. :-)

And it's kinda strange that there is a Dark magic, but no Light magic. :-) AAAAAnd I want other dragons of main colors. :-D

Three little things I'd love to see:

1: Clock chimes or the ability to change colours on the clock to mark out specific hours. I'd love to have a clear visual marker to know when a ritual might interfere with the evening meal, or a chime when my night crew wakes up, so I don't accidentally speed through half the afternoon when the full staff are available for combat

2: When selecting mages for a ritual, seeing which students have an active trial, similar to the way we can see active trial icons when entering combat (I.e. Rested Ritualist, Full Ritualist, etc)

3: Similarly, when selecting mages for a Dragon quest, showing who has relics that would be affected by the level cap increase.
