Alter of Fate

I noticed in the latest patch notes there is an Alter of Fate. I'm at end game, but must have overlooked it somewhere. Where/what is it?

It's one of the new locations down one of the side branches of the Nexus area. I think it's random which side-branch it is in, so you will have to clear out the Nexus until you find it. The Altar of Fate lets you reroll various aspects of mages and relics for a small fee.
