How can I get shards quicker?

As title. I am struggling to get many.

More students and improve the classroom for a quicker turn around of students. Choose the ones that you want to keep carefully and horde the shards for hiring them or making them apprentices. I don't bother with hiring gifted students unless I'm swimming in shards.

There are also a couple of shard mining locations in the underschool.

There are relics that give your +1/2/3 relic shards every time a student gets a skill level. It's extremely strong and pretty much solves your shard problem for you.

All of what they said above plus do the Crystal fights to get a tons like malice and rancour etc

You also get gnosis nodes after doing some of the underground battles

Specifically, level relics up and then pulverize them; the shards you get are based on the relic's current level. Don't pulv them at level 1!

What I do is every time is I get new regular students. I load them up with level 1-6 relics I don't want. Graduate them and then break the relics, You can also try to level it as far as 12 (assuming you have Atheneum room. This allows +6-7 attuning above your level.) So they can attune at max level. then crush the relics to death (: . Also putting the relic power +3 on skill up on a plinth works good as well, BUT you can't have the power stacks from what I have seen so no double/triple/quat dipping. There is a +4 that I obtained but you'll have to level the relic. It's one with a higher cap level then 16. Also Idk how far you let the fog get to you, but if you let is creep up as close as possible. Do the superior cleanse and some crystal nodes will show up everywhere. Some give for winning the fighting ones and some are minable for it.
