[BUG REPORT] Shifting Research

I have a bad habit of accidentally hitting my right mouse button fairly regularly. While dragging a research task to a new position, I did it again.

This caused the GUI here to mess up and simply disappear. I could hit ESCape to exit the research screen, but now all the GUI's were messed up and didn't work correctly or were missing. I had to exit the program (was in Window mode so I used the Red X in the top right corner) without saving.

Thanks in advance for those who will advise me not to accidentally hit my right mouse button.
