Task Type (color code?)

On the priority assignment screen, I get most of the icons but for the task I dont get the color code, i.e. white is neutral? yellow, orange, red means? they are better at it? im not sure why some are red but that kind of suggests a corrective action versus a positive one.

IIRC,

skill 0 - no option to prioritise (still white box though. They're not able to do this task.)
skill 1 - white box. Can prioritise.
Skill 2 - yellow
Skill 3 - pink-ish
skill 4+ - red
The more skill they have, the faster they compete the task.

Thanks for this. Although I've played on and off for some time, I only recently started delving deeper into priority micromanagement and the color system was baffling me. I couldn't find the answer anywhere until my search here found this post.
