Creative mode for testing and modding
I really want a creative mode to really understand each in game mechanic and rooms. This will give me a better perspective on each game play. It takes longer to get to that end game role, but not I am not satisfy with the looks of my castle. It practical appearance does not match my aesthetic standards.

The whole game is a "testing" mode.. lol. All you are going to learn is going to be repeating runs over and over again.. its how it works. Forget about tutorials and things like that. Hahahahaha

No one ask for tutorial. I ask for creative mod. Klei game usually have console command for things like this. I already played the game till the end and no I don't want to start up a new one. I just want the ability to modify the appearance of my end game experience. Why don't you go play your little game, and I choose to play it my way.

We'll include a more polished version but there are debug tools available and you are of course welcome to play with the game however you'd like. There are 2 methods for enabling debug mode.

To access Debug hotkeys, including access to the Debug panel (normally ~ key), you need to do the following.

- We look for a file called mom_debug_enabled (or mom_debug_enabled.txt) next to the exe. This will enable debug on launch.
- You can also toggle the flag (for that session) in the Settings screen by typing 'toggledebug'.

You'll know if debug is enabled if there is a -D after your version in game.

Just be aware that some of the debug tools can do some odd things to your game and are more intended for development. Probably the most useful are the Research tab and the Sim tab (particularly Instant Build or No Resources Required).

Hope that helps!

The thing is, this game is still in EA and as such game mechanics and room requirements are still evolving.
To me it looks like the devs are intent to make this game as tedious as possible so players spend a lot of time in it developing their (our) schools. I'm rather fed up with this. Every big update I start a new school so I can prepare well and once I get the hang of it, the next big update comes around.
This might be a me-problem and that's fine. I have plenty of other games to play (:
