Tanning rack for atleir??

Wanted to make the room for quilting, it says it needs one spindle and a tanning rack.
But i cant find a tanning rack anywhere, i do not have all reasearch complete but i dont see it on the tree either. i know its kinda big maybe im overlooking it. Please help?

The Research screen has a search function at the top right. The Tanning rack is part of the tree that starts with "Put Stuff Here" (the chest), near the bottom middle of that tree.
