How to summon a student with a wand Tier II?
There is no such function on the Altar of invocation. Only I Tier :steamsad:

You have to find the wand transfigurators to upgrade wand level now.

This will require exploring the underschool as a progression.

The transfigurator replaces the previous ritual devices that give certain stats boosts.

They are found usually in one of the stone wings at the end.

The wand level you are upgrading still needs to be crafted by the wand shaper.
