Does anyone know how to spawn this? Looking for some easy fights.

It spawns randomly after you've advanced far enough into the underschool. To my knowledge there's no way to specifically summon it. (Would be cool if there was, I like those things, they help my students get their neatnik medals!)

It's one of the events that can be unlocked after clearing a Spine section of the Underschool. I think the order in which events unlock is semi-random, but it should be one of the first few, so if you haven't unlocked it yet, keep exploring the Spine rooms.
