How many staff and students?

How many do you guys have?

Whats your guys ideal numbers?

i am around early midgame, i would say. have around 5 staff and 6 students. might go up to 6 staff. thought i think i wouldnt go for more then 6 students at a time.
i only keep six student as a minimum cause many of the trial medaillions seem to need them anyway.

wow iv been doing 2-3 Staff and 1-5 students. i need to bring up my staff numbers.

are you playing on easy or hard?

At present I have about 8-ish staff including the founder, and am always looking to add more. 7 members of staff are dedicated to each advanced classroom, with teaching taking up most of the day. My school has bed capacity for 8 students at a time, I would go higher, but around this point the summoning ritual takes multiple hours

More is better, but it's a progression. More staff requires more scrolls and better ritual halls, which you can't do right away.

Tier 1 I want to get to five staff asap (not including ghost) - that's Earth, Nature, Fire, Lightning and one other. That gives me a full time researcher, a full time teacher, and lets the three gatherers concentrate on gathering. Tier 2 I want to be replacing my initial five, and then expanding to seven staff - one of each element. I let Water, Dark and Air share the teaching duties, and then I've still got the dedicated Lightning researcher and Earth, Nature and Fire are free for tasks. At this point you might get a free eighth staff from the dungeon - so be it. At Tier 3 I'll go as high as ten staff. You can go higher, but the scroll costs go up and up.

For students, I managed to fit 12 beds in a common room, but I never go that high. IIRC ten and up require mana crystals to summon, so I'd say nine is probably the max unless you're swimming in resources.

def get more staff, I run constant 6 staff (above that it starts to ask for Savant scrolls and I still need those for research)
All the different schools are very useful, lightning researches faster, air reaches further (not mentioned anywhere! have them build your hard to reach roofs&roof decorations), fire cooks&hunts faster etc.
