And even the most young gamers know basic english. Not all of em apparently... we are in 2024. Just saying.
A lot of people understand english but not everyone wants to play the games in english like you probably wont read Game of Thrones in Spanish because you maybe will loose a lot of cultural jokes, context or you will get tired of a lot of text without stopping in the same language that is not your matern language and makes you feel.
To do not feel this way you have to had a high level of bilingüism, live in another country to be used to the language and don't get tired or other things. I have located the game, my english is good. Maybe my written english isn't the best but i like to see the movies in original version.
But when i read i feel more inmerse in the fantasy or the games if is in my maternal language and i dont feel the reading like if i would reading a machinery manual. Like i do all the time in my job, reading to understand and to learn instead of getting inmerse.
It's a big step for a lot of people and i can understand that people that never knowed how it feels because his maternal language is the same that is used for a global communication never will understand this feelings.
And if you are Spanish you simply deserve my condolences for being so short-sighted that because you are able to adapt you think that everyone should be like you.
If you can enjoy the game in your maternal language always is a plus
