How to clean mess with a student?

I got a trial for student to clean 15 messes. but i cannot click Clean on mess from the pot on the floor. also clean task in priorities is unactive. how to complete that trial?

Change the priorities on that student so only cleaning is set as the highest priority. For all other students and staff, change their priorities so they will never do any cleaning tasks. If you have any cleaning quilts, pause the recipes in the quilter, both normal and recycled. Then all you can do is wait.

Note that a mage needs to have at least one level in Water magic before they can clean. It sounds like your student hadn't learned Water yet.

Select the student you want to clean and then right click on the mess you want them to clean. They need to be at least level 1 in Water Magic. If you have Quilted sweeps you need to cancel the clean up or they will get to them before your students. I hope that helps.
