How do you get sporerash and how to get rid of it?

Seems like everyone has the sporerash and never get rid of it. What am i missing?

The blue looking mushrooms in the wilds are sporeshrooms and anyone that gets close to them will get rashes. The rash effect can't be manually removed and only go away when the effect expires. You can only harvest these shrooms during night, but you can destroy them at any time of the day.

thanks, thats a weird mechanic but i remember that most of my people don't go outside:) is it possible for them to get the rash by having beds next to each other?
